CUSTOM DESIGN PROCESS
''One shoe fits all'' is not necessarily the case in the exciting and content-rich Travel Industry.
We work closely with our clients to meet and achieve your expectations.
Below is the typical process we would follow, however, depending on the nature and complexity of the project, these steps may vary.
We have your best interests at heart to deliver a quality project within a reasonable time frame.
1. Project Briefing
Whether you know what you want or only have a rough idea, we create a detailed brief before starting any project. Depending on your request, it might be easiest to hop on a Zoom call and discuss. We will take notes, and once we have a good understanding of your requirements, we will email you a copy of the brief for you to double-check. When we agree on the brief, we will get onto step 2.
2. Create
Sometimes, alternative ideas and suggestions come to mind during the creation process, so we will stay in touch with you during this time. Depending on the project, we may require a deposit before creating your content.
3. Review
We will provide you with a draft copy for your review. If there are a substantial number of changes or edits to be made, we suggest conducting a Zoom call. This way, we can efficiently address your feedback by sharing our screen. For record-keeping purposes and to ensure accuracy, we will record these Zoom meetings. Once we reach a consensus on the further tweaks, adjustments, and editing you require, we will proceed to the next step in the process.
4. Editing
We will apply the requested changes and edits as per your feedback and send you another draft copy for your review. By now, you should be close to giving it a thumbs up. If there is further editing required, we will do so.
5. Finalisation / Sign Off
Once you are satisfied with the project and are prepared to receive your content, we will send you an email seeking your approval. This email will include a Check Box for you to indicate your readiness. Upon completion, you will receive an invoice, and once the payment is processed, you will gain access to your project material.
6. Payment & Delivery
Once the project is completed, all of the assets will be carefully packaged and sent to you for your ongoing use. Rest assured that the files will be provided in the formats you have specified. For the transfer of large files, we typically use DropBox. However, access to shared files will only be granted once full payment for the project has been received.
7. Ongoing Support
We understand that even after signing off, you might need some tweaks or adjustments to the project. Rest assured, we are here to assist you if you require further modifications or editing. At Krushell Creations, we value the security of your custom orders. For your peace of mind, we will keep secure copies of your orders on file for a maximum of 3 months. This ensures that you can reach out to us for any necessary revisions or references during this period.
