LICENSE AGREEMENT

All our products on our online store are created in our Canva PRO account and are for use in Canva.

Template links will be emailed to you after a successful payment. We suggest you rename the template and folder.

Canva PRO users will not see watermarks on our templates. Canva FREE users will see watermarks in the templates where we have used a premium element, image, video, or other.

 

All our products may be used for personal or commercial use. Under no circumstances can you sublicense, resell, share, give away, make public or modify then resell the templates in a way that someone can edit them too.

 

Any Resale, Sub-Licensing, or any modification in a way that is directly competitive with the original product is strictly prohibited (e.g., Canva template). You may not resale the products/modified products or claim them as your own. All the products are protected by copyright, and Krushell Creations owns all the rights (excluding any images/videos).

Legal action will be taken if we find any breach in our copyright and legal terms.

 

WHAT YOU ARE ALLOWED TO DO:

• Use the templates for your business/brand.

• Use the templates to create content and promote your brand on social media, webinars, courses, training, website, etc.

• Modify fonts, and colours, add your logo, and images, alter and edit copy so that the templates fit your style

• Use the templates for multiple businesses/blogs.

 

WHAT YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DO:

• Sell, loan, or give away the templates or allow a third party to use them in any way as they are (templates).

• Share your purchase with third parties - whether a client or a friend without previous written consent obtained directly from Krushell Creations.

• Resell the product as it is (templates).

• Claim the templates, designs, copy, or any elements as your own.
